Machina Muse is an AI-powered image and video generation platform. The Service allows users to generate, view, organize, and manage AI-generated visual content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Machina Muse and its licensors.

Generated Content

AI-generated images and videos created through the Service are subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not obligated to monitor user content but may do so at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MACHINA MUSE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Machina Muse, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Third-Party Advertisements

The Service may contain advertisements provided by third parties, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers found on or through the Service are solely between you and the advertiser.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
